georg's tour diary
i got robbed..........on my birthday. apparently there are a lot of criminals running
around in barcelona. they got my bag from under my chair, from between my legs. well
at least they didn't get anything valuable, except my mobile phone and a picture of
my girlfriend. this was yesterday anyway so it's all forgotten.
beautiful venue, beautiful city. the gig was quiet good, the audience were very good to us. i felt that it wasn't going so well until halfway thru the set when we played von, then it started to kick in. we finished the set, on the song known as the "poppsong", and i don't think we've ever played it this good before. there were a lot of technical problems on stage, like one of the overhead mic's broke down, so there were a lot of extra noises in the room.
i'm sitting here on the bus the 8th of april and it has broken down. and i think were not even halfway to portugal yet. what have we done to deserve this?
