while this disc might look like filler, it's quite the opposite -- the release by the icelandic quartet is half unused/reworked studio tracks and half live performance. the new studio material ranks among the band's best work -- especially salka and von. the group's performance is painstakingly constructed; songs such as starálfur and ágætis byrjun are beautifully rendered with slight distinctions from their album versions.
